Refund Policy

Access is delivered as soon as payment succeeds, so purchases are final once completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Card subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account's billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Charges already made are not refunded.

If you were charged twice or a charge was not authorised, write to [email protected] with the order details and we will investigate and correct it.
