Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and a salted hash of your password (or the identifier your Google or GitHub sign-in returns). When you pay, the payment provider (Stripe, Creem or ZPAY) processes your card or wallet details; we keep only the order, amount, status and the provider's reference.

We record basic visit data (pages viewed, referrer, campaign tags, device type and approximate country from your IP address) to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.

To run your account and membership, deliver what you bought, send service emails (receipts, password resets, renewal notices), answer support requests and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share the minimum data needed with providers that run parts of the service for us: hosting, payment processing, email delivery and, if enabled, product analytics and live chat. Each processes the data only on our instructions.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected].
